Azita Ghanizada

Azita A. Ghanizada (born in Afghanistan) is an Afghan American Actress in the United States. She has participated in numerous TV series. Born in Kabul Afghanistan her family fled her native country to the US and was granted the right to stay in the US as asylum seekers. She is a middle-sister of two sisters and was brought up within Northern Virginia. Ghanizada made her debut on the television scene by appearing in a couple of National Commercials. She was honored with the award in recognition of her role as Chiara, the main character of Laura Neri's 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose.
