The Autumn Calabrese family grew up at home in Cleveland Ohio, United States of America. Libra is the name that she was born under. Her primary and secondary education in her local hometown. She became a fitness trainer, and she began to train local clients. Her name has been a part the top fitness instructors in America. The United States, she is considered to be among the best fitness instructors. Autumn wanted to become a professional dancer. But, her goal became a reality after she was injured with a severe back injury. She shifted her focus towards fitness and health. Over the course of her long and successful career she created a program known as the 21 Day Fix. Her 21-Day Fix diet is a favorite among those who love fitness. Also, she is famous for her HIT workouts, 21-Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme. Her book FIXATE is also a huge following.
